My client a leading IT training company are looking for an Office Manger to join there busy team. The purpose of this role is to organise and supervise all administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of the office and to ensure that customers are managed efficiently and to a high standard.



The Role:



In this challenging role your core accountabilities will be:

* Supervising the work of Customer service representatives

* Training of new staff

* Recruiting, creating and developing a successful team of CSR's

* Monthly CSR meetings.

* Dealing with queries and complaints by telephone, email and in person

* Ensuring that customer income is maximised in line with contractual terms and guidelines

* Identify training needs of CSR'S and devising a training plan

* Devising and conducting inductions in line with the existing company programme

* Conducting appraisals and maintaining appraisal records;

* Keeping personnel records

* Ensuring adequate cover for sickness and holidays

* Collating and verifying sales commission figures

* Regular meetings with Operations and Sales Managers to review office/staff performance;

* Monitoring reports on weekly basis and escalate any issues

* Authorising amendments to standard company T's+C's

* Working with the CSR's to ensure that all provisional bookings are confirmed in a timely fashion

* Liaising with Accounts Dept



We are looking for:



To be successful in your application you will be competent in building and maintaining good working relationships as well as being able to make decisions and have proven Office Management experience in a medium to large size company. As well as excellent people and time management skills you will have excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, work methodically, accurately and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. You will be a logical thinker who is willing to own and solve problems and will be confident and outgoing with the ability to work independently and prioritise your work load. Clear communication and interpersonal skills are a must as are discretion and confidentiality and you must also be flexible and adaptable to change.
