My client requires an Estimator/Experienced Estimator to join a small team working on a housing project.



Location:

Surrey



Remuneration:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum + car/car allowance + benefits



The Client:

My client is a leading developer in the construction sector who strive to be the market leaders in the design and delivery of sustainable housing. Due to their continued growth, they require an Estimator/Experienced Estimator to join their forward thinking team.



The Role:

My client requires an Estimator/Experienced Estimator to join their team to work on a housing project. Their offices are based in Surrey however the role will be site based as well. The successful Estimator/Experienced Estimator would need to be a highly motivated individual who is able to work in a team as well as on their own.



Requirements:

>Ideally at least 3+ years Quantity Surveying/Commercial Experience

>A BSc or equivalent qualification is desirable

>Professional Memberships are advantageous
