Estimator - Gatwick & Heathrow - Minor Civils



Location - Gatwick / Heathrow - The successful estimator will be based from the location most suited to them.



Remuneration:

The Role:

My client requires an estimator for minor civils works at Heathrow and Gatwick. There are numerous projects going on including the construction of roads, curbs and car parks. These projects range in value from £25,000 - £1.5m. The successful estimator will be based at either Heathrow or Gatwick, or possibly switch between the two if possible.



The Client:

Our client is a contractor with justifiable reputation over the last 25 years for carrying out complex construction and civils works to the highest standards. They undertake Design-and-Build, construction, Earthworks, Hard Landscaping & Paving and Structural Repairs on Airports, Highways, Marine, River & Waterways, Railways and Water Supply.



Requirements:

>Ideally at least 3-5 years estimating experience

>A civils background is preferable, construction background will be considered.

>A BSc or equivalent qualification is desirable

>Ideally a contractor background
