An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / MRICS Quantity Surveyor is required by my client to work on a range of private sector building projects and progress to a chartered Quantity Surveyor ASAP

About the Quantity Surveyor Position:

My client is looking to recruit a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of private sector building projects. These projects will include commercial office new build and fit outs, private high specification residential, retail and mix developments and sky scraping office towers in central London.



The project will offer the candidate good project exposure and combining this with the full support of the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to be chartered as soon as possible



Remuneration for the Quantity Surveyor:

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits



Requirements for the APC Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

Ideally 4-5 years Quantity Surveying experience but currently studying for your APC

Consultancy / Private Quantity Surveyor background
