PARKING CUSTOMER SERVICE



PREVIOUS PARKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

The role will involve providing excellent customer service skills and support to clients and members of the public. You will deal with queries from clients and members of the public in relation to parking fines . You will be required to provide excellent administrative assistance across the board.



The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a parking administration background with a knowledge of the Road Traffic Act 1991. You should have a calm and polite manner along with excellent communication skills and fluent English. This position is to start as soon as possible.
