ROLE



Our Client seeking an Account Manager to be based from their Slough office servicing several key accounts. You will be responsible for delivering suitable candidates for contract and permanent assignments to meet client needs and maximise profitability.

You will network with candidates to obtain referrals for new candidates and leads for new client business, whilst promoting the



CANDIDATE



• Ideally the successful individual will have a degree qualification, or equivalent, in a scientific discipline, however it is essential that you have a strong commercial background and proven experience of buying / selling analytical / scientific services at senior buyer or director level

• Happy to work in a proactive fast paced sales environment

• Proficient at opening business conversations and making business appointments.

• Good communication skills (verbal, written)

• Ability to network effectively.

• Ability to handle a diverse range of tasks.

• Ability to negotiate effectively.

• Professionalism/integrity: an ability to build on the clients reputation as a

Professional and credible organisation.
