Our client is a well established commercial recruiter with offices throughout the UK.



We are URGENTLY looking for a Recruitment Area Manager to cover the M4 Corridor/Berkshire & Surrey Branches. The base branch is yet to be confirmed but will be pretty much in the middle of these areas.



You will report directly to the Regional Manager.



*** Main Purpose of Job ***

Operations Management responsibility for Base Branch with Area Management responsibility for branches within the area.

To maximise Net Operating Profit within the Area through the management of every business transaction and the management and development of staff. To drive the business forward through our Shared Values, ensuring delivery of budget and year on year gross profit growth

To maximise and grow turnover, GP through Client visits and progression of Sales Pipeline
