Making sure a Claires store runs like clockwork is no small task, so its no wonder our Store Managers are the best in the business.
Responsible for overseeing all store activities youll lead and inspire your team to exceed expectations and meet specified targets and deadlines by demonstrating unrivalled levels of customer service, as well as a thorough knowledge of all Claires products and services.
Youll make sure your store is maintained to the highest standards and sparkles as much as the people and products within it. Using your excellent visual merchandising skills youll also adapt your stores configuration to maximise sales and increase your stores turnover. To achieve all of this, youll devise and implement staffing solutions to ensure every customer receives exceptional service, and each member of your team is challenged and fulfilling their potential to exceed all expectations.
Reporting directly to the District Sales Manager, youll also take responsibility for recruiting, developing and managing Store Assistants, whilst creating a fun and motivational working environment.
With infectious enthusiasm and an inspirational leadership style, youll be able to demonstrate solid management experience in retail, leisure or hospitality, during which time youll have honed your exceptional organisational, problem solving and leadership skills. Youll also need to be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
